Nice to see that you’re getting it Alessandro in an industry where a lot are still clueless regardless of their ‘experience’.

In the past it was “a way to get search ranking”, now it’s a way to attract users.

Personally I love it. It’s not boring at all to me to write about it. It’s just taking the time to make sure it’s worth reading 🙂

Yo Alessio, good to see the same faces at the end that were here at the start 🙂

Reading/writing about SEO is only interesting when there is a spark in the writing style, the writer and the subject matter. Unfortunately this is where the majority of writing within the sector dies. I can think of maybe 5-10 writers that I have read (and there is probably more…) who can write with flair and interest about the subject. When you think of the number of SEO ‘writers’ out there that’s a pretty small percentage…

Totally agree on the other subjects thing. Creativity comes from being able to join the dots. If you are forever deep into SEO and nothing else how will you ever learn anything to join these dots? It’s the same with business books, they create a world of drones stating the same catch-phrases over and over and over. Believing in hustle culture. Fuck that.

Hope the new job and NZ is treating you well man. I’ll be over at some point once I’ve mastered this music shite 😉

How boring is it? My last post on my blog is about something I noticed SEO-related (or whatever you wanna call it) but actually I wrote that in like 5 seconds just to put my thoughts down for some people asking about it.

But I agree…it’s way more interesting to read about other stuff. Same goes for business books for me. I’m always saying: you wanna learn stuff about business? Read a musician biography or story. I just finished a collection of Jimi Hendrix letters and thoughts…and man, that was amazing.I learnt more there than in thousands of “same old stuff” business books.

Cheers man!
