it’s kind of like that portion of the movie, Can’t Buy Me Love, when the nerds at the school dance recognize Patrick Dempsey’s character erroneously mistook the African anteater ritual for one of those snazzy dance crazes, both employing it and gaining followers, all the while the nerds laugh at the cool kids mistaking a tribal ritual for Gangnum grooves.
